Coordinate processes involved in propeller overhauls
Disassemble and clean propellers for inspection
Conduct visual inspections for wear and damage
Measure parts accurately to ensure compliance
Identify new parts required for rebuilding propellers
Perform zinc-nickel plating as needed
Overhaul propeller blades, including sanding, frequency checks, and static balancing
Assemble propellers and maintain accurate paperwork records
Supervise assistants and ensure a tidy workshopEssential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

Strong mechanical engineering knowledge
Practical hands-on engineering skills
Ability to read and understand technical data, manuals, and specifications
Experience with measurement tools such as verniers, micrometres, and height gauges
Motivated and ambitious, eager to contribute to a growing team
Interest in heritage engineering is a plusDesirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

Experience in the aerospace sector is advantageous, though not requiredTechnologies:

Proficiency with inspection gauges and engineering tools
