Our client is looking for an experienced Restaurant & Hospitality Manager:

Duties:

• Managing a small team
• Purchasing stock and supplier liaison
• Managing catering and events budgets
• Processing payments and balancing payments
• Attending and co-ordinating some events
• Business promotion and development
• Adhering to excellent food and hygiene standards
• Incentivise and develop team
• All related administration
• Any other adhoc duties – a practical and hands-on approach is essential
