We’re looking for adaptable and enthusiastic Supply Teachers to support primary and secondary schools across Norwich. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons or adapt to last-minute changes with confidence
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Manage behaviour effectively and follow school policies
- Provide meaningful feedback to staff following cover sessions
- Be a reliable and professional presence in the classroom
Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS)
- Confident teaching across key stages (experience in EYFS, Primary, or Secondary welcome)
- Flexible, reliable, and calm under pressure
- Able to quickly build rapport with pupils and staff
- Passionate about supporting learning in a variety of settings
