Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 in a welcoming primary school in the Bromsgrove area. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and is confident supporting pupils at different stages of their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities

Support class teachers in delivering lessons across multiple year groups

*

Assist with the planning and delivery of activities that align with the national curriculum

*

Provide one-to-one and group support to ensure all pupils can access learning

*

Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in the classroom

*

Help with classroom preparation, assessment, and pupil progress tracking

Required Experience

*

Experience supporting pupils across EYFS, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2

*

A sound understanding of the national curriculum

*

Strong communication skills and a flexible, team-oriented approach

*

A passion for helping children learn and grow in a supportive environment
