Job Title: Waiting Staff

Hours: 12 PM - Midnight (Weekend availability required)

Brook Street is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Bar & Waiting Staff to support a variety of exciting events, including weddings, parties, and special functions.

Whether you have experience or you're looking to learn, we provide full on-the-job training. All you need is a great attitude, practical skills, and a commitment to excellent service.

What You'll Be Doing:

Serving drinks and food in a fast-paced event setting

Delivering exceptional service to all guests

Taking food and drink orders and ensuring timely delivery

Helping to set up and break down bar and dining areas

Assisting with table service at events such as weddings and private parties

Communicating effectively with team members, kitchen staff, and managers

Working flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
