We are currently working with a leading multi-disciplined contractor who is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team. This position is focused on the insurance damage and repair work stream, delivering a wide range of fast-track projects that vary in scope—from minor repairs to full refurbishments of both residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and coordinate multi-disciplined trades on site.

* Manage project timelines, ensuring works are completed on schedule and to a high-quality standard.

* Liaise effectively with residents, clients, insurance representatives, and other external stakeholders.

* Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures.

* Handle day-to-day site administration, including progress reporting and documentation.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

* Proven background in site supervision within the insurance repairs, small works or facilities management sectors.

* Experience delivering fast-paced refurbishment and repair projects.

* Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate and motivate site teams.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

* Practical background in carpentry or a similar trade is highly desirable.

* Sound knowledge of health and safety legislation and site compliance.

* Able to manage site paperwork and administrative duties confidently.

Qualifications & Requirements:

* Valid CSCS card (Supervisor or above preferred)

* SMSTS or SSSTS qualification

* First Aid at Work (preferred)

* Full UK Driving Licence
