Family Solicitor - Tier 3 Legal 500


Salary: £65,000 - £69,000
Location: Romford - hybrid
Experience: 3PQE+

OVERVIEW
Join a successful Tier 3 Legal 500 Family team working on high-value private family matters, within an established department.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing a varied private family law caseload including divorce, financial remedy, and private children matters
- Advising clients on domestic abuse matters, including Non-Molestation and Occupation Orders
- Handling complex financial remedy cases, including high-net-worth and asset-rich matters
- Advising on disputes involving unmarried couples, including cohabitation and TOLATA claims
- Running matters independently from instruction through to resolution
- Undertaking advocacy where appropriate
- Supporting business development and networking initiatives to grow the department
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm to support cross-referrals and team development

ABOUT YOU
- Qualified Solicitor with 3+ PQE in Family Law
- Strong experience across private family law matters, including financial remedy and private children work
- Confident managing your own caseload independently
- Comfortable undertaking advocacy where required
- Strong understanding of complex financial and relationship breakdown matters
- Proactive approach to networking and business development
- Interest in continued professional development and progression within a Legal 500 environment
