Milk Education is expanding our Wakefield team and we're looking for incredible Teaching Assistants, including SEN specialists and qualified support staff, to join us for rewarding supply opportunities across Primary, Secondary & SEND settings.

What You'll Be Doing

No two days are the same! Your role may include:

  • Supporting whole-class learning or small intervention groups

  • Providing 1:1 SEN support for pupils with additional needs

  • Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom routines

  • Helping children build confidence, communication, and independence

  • Creating a positive, caring, and inclusive environment

Requirements
  • Experience working with children (school-based or transferable)

  • A passion for education and helping children succeed

  • SEN experience is highly desirable

  • Valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

  • Right to work in the UK
