Temporary Warehouse Operative with Counter balance experience.  Our lovely client in Harlow is looking for a Temporary Warehouse Operative with Counterbalance FL experience for their Warehouse in Harlow. The opening will be for approx. 3 weeks  or possibly longer.  The Warehouse Operative will work in the stores and assembly area. Receiving and despatching goods on a daily basis and performing Quality Control checks in line with company procedures with Counterbalance duties.          REPORTS TO:                    The Operations Manager     HOURS: 8.30-5pm Monday - Thursday  with 45 minute break                   8am - 3.00pm Fridays 30 mins lunch      RATE:   £13-15 Per hour          RESPONSIBILITIES:Counterbalance experience is required for this role   Receiving and despatching goods.Planning storage allocationQuality control checksPicking and packing goods in line with customer requirements,Loading and unloading LorriesEnsuring all stock areas are clean and tidyInventory ChecksHandling customer returnsSmall batch assembly, including soldering and testing of products when required.Ordering packaging suppliesMaintaining a high standard of housekeepingWaste/Recycling.Inputting information onto in house CRM systemAdhoc warehouse duties as necessary                OPERATING ENVIRONMENT:    We work with some major customers, who expect a high level of  service.        SKILLS:   Good attention to detail.

3. Previous Warehouse Assembly experience would be an advantage but not essential
4. Forktruck Licence holder (Counterbalance) 
5. Interpersonal communication at all levels, both internally and externally
6. Team player
7. Experience of stock control computer systems.
8. Experience of Microsoft Word and Excel desirable.
