Job Title: Sales Administrator

Location: Halstead, Essex

Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 DOE

Hours: 7:30am - 5pm (with some flexibility for the right candidate)

Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent

Our client based in Halstead, Essex is looking for a Sales Administrator

As a Sales Administrator your duties will include:

* Act as the first point of contact for the sales team, providing day-to-day administrative support

* Manage inbound calls to the sales office and ensure timely distribution to the appropriate team members

* Monitor and manage the central sales email inbox, ensuring all enquiries are handled promptly

* Raise quotations on behalf of Business Development Managers (BDMs)

* Support the Head of Sales by preparing and managing quotes within an agreed value threshold

* Log meetings and activity updates into HubSpot CRM on behalf of BDMs

An ideal candidate for the Sales Administrator

* Experience with CRM systems, ideally HubSpot Strong communication and organisational skills

* Previous experience supporting a sales team or in a sales admin role preferred

* Proactive in managing leads, quotes, and sales follow-up
