* You are always looking at ways to improve performance, whether it's running tests, trialling new features or channels.

* You like to be ahead of the game and pro-active; staying on top of the latest paid media trends, updates and competitor campaigns and share your knowledge with the rest of the marketing team.

* You enjoy writing compelling ad copy and being creative, but you're just as happy digging into the data and analysing your campaigns' performance.

* You are happy to work alone, but also thrive when ideating and collaborating with the rest of the marketing team so that campaigns are fully integrated.

* Continuously optimise our campaigns; including keyword strategy, ad copy, creatives, bid pricing etc. whilst also proactively designing and executing new campaigns and tests, on existing channels, and if suitable, new channels.

* Use data to report monthly on our paid media performance. Share your analysis of any campaign results; drawing insights and providing recommendations for improved performance.

* Work directly with our designer and copywriter to brief in creative work required for display campaigns.

What we're looking for:

* 3+ years of paid media experience, a background working on online marketplaces is advantageous.

* Demonstrate strong analytical skills and be able to use both data and intuition to inform your decisions and optimise campaigns.

* Proficient in paid media campaign development and tools; specifically Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics and ideal but not essential, Google Tag Manager.
