What will you do? 

• Manage a land & property litigation caseload mainly for private clients 
• This could include: Residential possession proceedings, rent recovery, Landlord and Tenant matters, contract disputes
• For those who enjoy a wider caseload you could also advise on: contentious probate, professional negligence and partnership disputes (inc farming/agricultural partnerships) 

What will you need? 

• To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive 
• Property and /or civil litigation experience  
• Ideally at least 1 year PQE
