We’re working with a Top 30 firm in Staines who are looking for an Audit Senior to join their growing practice. Known for balancing technical excellence with genuine care for their people, this is a place where you’ll be trusted, supported and given room to grow.

The Opportunity

You’ll lead audits from planning through to completion, supervise junior colleagues, and work closely with managers and directors on quality client delivery. It’s a varied role with exposure to everything from ambitious owner-managed businesses to large international groups.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading audits from planning through to completion under UK auditing standards
• Reviewing and coaching junior team members
• Preparing financial statements under UK GAAP
• Managing risk assessments and ensuring files are completed to a high standard
• Building trusted client relationships and being a go-to contact
• Getting involved in team development and process improvements

What we’re looking for:

• ACA / ACCA qualified (or finalist with strong experience)
• Solid background in audit within practice
• Confident leading assignments independently
• Knowledge of UK GAAP and ISAs
• Organised, proactive and comfortable supporting others
• Strong communicator with a client-first mindset
