Are you currently working within finance in the recruitment sector and looking for a role where you can take on more ownership of the numbers and play a bigger part in the month-end process?
We’re supporting a recruitment business based in London that is looking to appoint a Management Accountant into their finance team. The role will work closely with senior finance leadership and will suit someone who already has exposure to management accounts and is looking for a position where they can take on greater responsibility.
You’ll be involved in preparing monthly management accounts, supporting the month-end process and producing financial information that helps the wider business understand performance. The role will also involve analysing financial data, assisting with reporting and supporting improvements to processes as the finance function continues to evolve.
Experience within the recruitment sector is essential for this position as the business is looking for someone who understands how recruitment businesses operate and can integrate quickly into the team.
The business has a strong presence within the recruitment market and this role offers the opportunity to become a key part of the finance function while continuing to broaden your exposure across management accounting and commercial reporting.
