Are you an experienced Mechanical Supervisor looking to join a fast-growing contractor with projects across the commercial, industrial and healthcare sectors? Our client, based in the Cannock area, is expanding rapidly and is looking for a driven supervisor to join their successful delivery team.

The Role

As Mechanical Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

Supervising mechanical installation teams across multiple projects

*

Ensuring works are completed to a high standard and in line with project specifications

*

Coordinating labour, materials and subcontractors

*

Leading site meetings and liaising with clients and project managers

*

Maintaining strict health & safety compliance

*

Supporting the smooth delivery of commercial, industrial and healthcare projects

What We're Looking For

*

Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor

*

Strong understanding of commercial and industrial M&E installations

*

Ability to manage teams and coordinate site activities effectively

*

Excellent communication and organisational skills

*

Relevant mechanical qualifications (NVQ / City & Guilds / SSSTS or equivalent desired)
