Fantastic opportunity for an established Finance Professional to join an exciting and dynamic SME on a part time basis.Working closely with the senior management team you will play a pivotal role in driving business performance and key decision making.The Role:* Financial Reporting monthly, quarterly and annually.* Provision of budgets and forecasts.* Establish and maintain strong financial systems and controls to ensure properreporting of results on a timely basis.* Review existing financial systems and make recommendations on potential streamliningand efficiencies.* Report to directors with timely and accurate financial information as required.* Deliver clear, actionable financial reports to stakeholders and board members.* Communicate complex financial data to enable informed, growth-oriented decisionsacross teams.* Cash Flow Management.* Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.The Candidate:* CIMA, ACA, ACCA Qualified OR Qualified by Experience.* Proven record and experience in a Finance Manager or Financial Controller role.* Excellent Stakeholder management capabilities.Greenwell Gleeson Ltd is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
