Principal Ecologist

I am pleased to announce that we are looking for a Principal Ecologist to join an exciting team in London! You will get the opportunity to provide specialist ecological input on a wide range of projects while supporting the team through giving advice on surveys, strategies, and mitigation.

Providing senior support and specialist knowledge to ecological projects.
Management of large-scale projects and ecology team members.
Assisting with the review of systems of work, templates and processes.
Tendering and budgeting.Requirements include:

Experience in the ecological industry, including leading a team.
Experience in EIA's and knowledge of planning systems.
Working knowledge of DEFRA BNG Metric and the principles of Biodiversity Net Gain would be preferable.
