Multi Trader - Norbury

Rate: £19 per hour

Contract: 3-month contract

Hours: 40 hours per week

We are looking for a skilled Multi Trader to support property maintenance works across Norbury. This is a 3-month contract role offering steady full-time hours and competitive pay.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out a range of repairs and maintenance, including carpentry, plumbing, painting, tiling, plastering, and general trade tasks.

* Diagnose issues on-site and complete works independently and to a high standard.

* Work in both occupied and void residential properties while maintaining strong customer service.

* Follow all health & safety standards and complete job records accurately.

Requirements:

* Full UK driving licence - mandatory

* Own tools required

* Proven experience as a Multi Trader or Maintenance Operative.

* Strong skills in at least two core trades.

* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.

* Good communication and problem-solving skills.
