Jark Bradford Ltd Technical & Engineering Division are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a CNC Turning Machinist based in Bingley.

To be considers for the role you will:

• Industry recognised engineering qualification
• Experience of programming, setting and operating CNC machines - Siemens and or Mazatrol machine controls beneficial.
• Machining thin walled components
• Experience of working with super alloy components i.e. Inconel 625, 825 and 718
• Small to large milling
• Dexterity and mechanical aptitude
• Be able to demonstrate knowledge of imperial and metric measurements.
• Be able to use measuring equipment such as verniers and micrometers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and be detail oriented, flexible and self-motivated.

This is a permanent position to work on a continental shift rota 6am-6pm 3 days on and 3 days off over 7 days a week to work an average of 40.25 hours

Starting pay rate per hour £15.42 this is Grade 3 skill matrix pay rate annual salary of £32,471

Further training and progression is encouraged within the business to increase skill set to the below skills matrix.

Grade 4 £16.05
Grade 5 £16.67
Grade 6 £18.36

If somebody has less experience they may be considered for this role however the starting rate would be a Grade 2 £14.81

Holidays 25 days plus 8 bank holidays Pro Rata
Holidays Increase by 1 day every 5 years up to a max of 5 extra days pro -rata
The company is also part of Cycle to work scheme
