Mazco Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced CNC Miller Setter/Operator to join a well-established precision engineering company in Witney. You will be working on a range of high-precision components across 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC machines using Heidenhain controls.

This is a pure setting and operating role - programming experience is not required, but the ability to confidently set machines from engineering drawings is essential.

Responsibilities

Set and operate 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC milling machines

*

Work to tight tolerances from engineering drawings

*

Inspect components using appropriate measuring equipment

*

Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency

*

Support the team in achieving daily production targets

Requirements

Proven CNC Milling setting & operating experience

*

Skilled in using Heidenhain controls (training can be given on specifics)

Strong understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances

*

Able to work independently and as part of a team
