Job Title: Commercial Account Handler  
Salary: £35K - £45K

My client is building out a brand-new region for one of the most dynamic, independent broker groups in the UK and they are looking for a brilliant Commercial Account Handler to come in and help us place new business, grow the book, and shape the future of our Birmingham team. With rapid expansion already underway, fuelled by recent acquisitions, they are creating serious momentum. And now, with three highly successful Executives already writing impressive volumes of new business, we're on the lookout for someone just as driven and collaborative to come in and make things happen.

What you'll be doing: 

Work shoulder-to-shoulder with top-performing Execs on a stream of quality new business opportunities. 
Handle commercial cases from £10K-£70K GWP across a mix of manufacturing, property, construction, fleet and contractors combined. 
Own your role — from processing and placement to client service and collaboration in team meetings. 
Use Acturis to manage workflows and keep things running smoothly. 
Be part of a supportive, energetic team that's genuinely building something special.  
What we're looking for: 

Someone who's worked on mid-market commercial risks and is ready for more variety, pace, and opportunity. 
Acturis experience is a big plus. 
A good foundation of technical knowledge with a mixture of being  confident, switched-on, and ready to roll your sleeves up. 
Ideally, you'll have worked cases ranging from £60K-£100K and love the buzz of helping secure new wins.
