Evolve are currently recruiting for a Healthcare company who provides an excellent standard of care to residents and provide opportunities for staff progression and training! You will be joining a team of ‘First class’ Nurses who strive towards providing all residents with the care and respect needed to live happily and comfortably.

Essential Requirements
You will be a 1st Level Registered Nurse.
It is essential you are able to communicate effectively at all levels.
Nursing Home experience.
Satisfactory DBS check and check against POVA list (where applicable)

Role Responsibilities
Ensure that all staff members contribute, to the best of their ability, to the effective running of the Care Centre and the creation of an atmosphere conducive to the best interests of customers.
Report ill health amongst customers and make referral for GP/ Professional visits, as necessary.
Ensure that customers care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with customers, relatives and other health professionals and in accordance with NMC guidelines and company policy.
Assess all aspects of customers care needs and provide health supervision and direct nursing care when required.
Assess social and health care needs of new customers and maintain ongoing assessment and review of customers.
Maintain accurate records and ensure that each customer has an individualised care plan.
Carry out regular checks on customers at intervals determined by the person in charge. Ensure a clear and concise hand over report is given to all staff members at the end of each shift.
Administer prescribed medicines and document the same in accordance with the company’s procedure and NMC guidelines.
Participate in staff and customer meetings as and when required and establish and maintain good communication with customers and their relatives.
Promote a positive, personal, and professional profile within the local community to ensure a good reputation of the company.
Ensure continued professional development is maintained and attend training as required.
Adhere to all appropriate NMC guidelines and regulations and provide and maintain all records as required.
Ensure all information of a confidential nature gained in the course of duty is not divulged to third parties.
Undertake risk assessments as required and promote safe working practices.
