Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily supply chain activities to support efficient product flow.
- Monitor inventory levels, raising purchase orders and maintaining accurate stock data.
- Support procurement tasks, including liaising with suppliers and tracking order progress.
- Assist with demand forecasting and production planning activities.
- Plan and coordinate transport schedules, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
- Track and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to highlight process improvements.
- Troubleshoot supply and delivery issues, escalating when required.
- Ensure all activities follow company procedures and industry best practice.
- Maintain strong communication with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners.
Requirements
- Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, or transport coordination.
- Good understanding of inventory control, ordering processes, and logistics planning.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Confident using supply chain or ERP software systems.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively in a busy environment.
- A proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
