Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily supply chain activities to support efficient product flow.
  • Monitor inventory levels, raising purchase orders and maintaining accurate stock data.
  • Support procurement tasks, including liaising with suppliers and tracking order progress.
  • Assist with demand forecasting and production planning activities.
  • Plan and coordinate transport schedules, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
  • Track and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to highlight process improvements.
  • Troubleshoot supply and delivery issues, escalating when required.
  • Ensure all activities follow company procedures and industry best practice.
  • Maintain strong communication with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, or transport coordination.
  • Good understanding of inventory control, ordering processes, and logistics planning.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Confident using supply chain or ERP software systems.
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively in a busy environment.
  • A proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
