We are currently seeking people for our Abingdon, Botley, headington, Cowley offices. We have both sales negotiator and senior sales negotiator positions avaliable at this time.

We’ve been doing that since we started over 60 years ago and we’ve now grown to having over 80 high street branches.
The role of the sales negotiator is about meeting and greeting our customers and ensuring they get all the help they need to find their perfect home or sell their existing one. So you’ll spend a lot of time taking people to viewings and then actively negotiating for them.
You’ll need to be happy working in a fast-moving, commission based sales environment and have the energy and drive to get the job done whilst delivering the highest levels of customer service. As a sales negotiator, you’ll also need to be organised and have strong IT and admin skills.
Full driving licence is essential.
As a Sales Negotiator; you will be hungry for success, focused on targets and completely at ease with the nuts and bolts of selling houses and have knowledge of industry regulations. You will have a professional and personable approach and be able to demonstrate your sales skills in order to sell property.
