Quantity Surveyor l High end residential refurbishment l Estate Mansion
This bespoke residential refurbishment specialist has an immediate requirement for a Quantity Surveyor to work on a live project on the prestigious Wentworth Estate in Surrey.
For this Quantity Surveyor position, you will have worked on super prime residential refurbishments either in London or Home Counties. These will include major structural alterations and the highest quality joinery and fitout of the properties.
Your initial duties will be to carry out general Quantity Surveying duties such as, managing subcontractor accounts, payments, variations and final accounts.
As a Quantity Surveyor you will have a relevant Construction qualification in Quantity Surveying and ideally a degree. You will reside within a reasonable commute of Surrey/Berkshire.
