Full time hours on a temporary basis

• Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of grants linked to construction, housing, or property projects
  • Monitor grant compliance, spend, and milestones against funding agreements
  • Prepare and submit funding applications, claims, and progress reports
  • Liaise with surveyors, project managers, contractors, and finance teams
  • Maintain accurate grant records, forecasts, and audit trails
  • Support capital programmes, regeneration works, retrofit, or sustainability projects
  • Ensure funding conditions and deadlines are met
  • Assist with funding strategy and identification of new funding opportunities
