Company Commercial Solicitor - Norwich

Thriving law practice based in Norwich, now seeking a Company Commercial Solicitor with a minimum of two years PQE. The firm prides itself on offering a flexible, personal, client focused approach and a positive work-life balance.

You will deal with a broad range of commercial tasks involving sales and purchase of companies and shares, management buy outs, family and other reorganisation of companies, company buy back of shares.

This busy role also includes working on Shareholder and Partnership agreements, settlement agreements, redrafting articles of association, resolutions, board minutes and filings at companies house. Dealing with and advising commercial clients on a wide range of legal and commercial issues and drafting or advising on a diverse range of commercial documents.

It is essential that you can provide exceptional client care, a strong work ethic and business development and marketing skills.
