Pay Rate:

• £14.82 per hour - Monday to Friday
• £22.23 per hour - After 8 hours (Monday to Friday)
• £22.23 per hour - Saturdays
• £29.64 per hour - Sundays & Bank Holidays

Times and Days of Work:

• Weekday and weekend shifts available
• Start times vary between 7:00am and 11:00am
• Work week runs Sunday to Saturday

The Best Connection is proud to be recruiting on behalf of our client for a Class 2 (Category C) Driver to join a well-established distribution business operating across Barnsley, Doncaster, Glass Houghton and Sheffield. This is a fantastic opportunity for drivers seeking flexible work, offering a variety of shifts with a long-standing and reliable client.

About the Role

Drivers will be responsible for completing multi-drop deliveries to customers' homes. There may also be occasions where drivers are required to operate a 7.5T vehicle and cover alternative sites, depending on operational requirements.

Your Duties Will Include:

• Completing vehicle checks at the start and end of each shift
• Carrying out multi-drop deliveries to customers' homes
• Maintaining good communication with the transport team and client
• Ensuring all paperwork, including timesheets, is completed accurately
• Emailing all paperwork and timesheets by the end of shift on Saturday
• Demonstrating excellent timekeeping and reliability
• Representing The Best Connection and the client professionally at all times

What We're Looking For:

• Valid Category C (Class 2) Driving Licence
• Valid Driver CPC qualification
• Digital Tachograph (Digi) Card
• A reliable, flexible, and professional approach to work
