The key responsibilities of the Payroll Senior include:

Manage end-to-end payroll processing for a variety of clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Prepare and submit payroll-related reports, including statutory filings such as PAYE and National Insurance.
Handle payroll queries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll legislation and implement changes as required.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
Support the onboarding of new clients, ensuring payroll processes are set up correctly.
Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and implement efficiencies.

Experience in payroll processing within the professional services industry.
A strong understanding of UK payroll legislation, including PAYE and National Insurance.
