Over the coming 12 months we are embarking on a major CRM transformation project that will drive the delivery of ambitious business and reputational growth. The project is a cornerstone of YHA's strategy to encourage more people to stay, join, give and volunteer, and to enhance our reach and impact with young people.

We are seeking an experienced senior-level project manager and business transformation specialist that has the experience, expertise and confidence to strategically lead the development and delivery of our CRM transformation programme as CRM Change Project Manager for a 12-month fixed term contract.

The CRM Change Project Manager will be responsible for the planning, delivery and organisation-wide adoption of a new CRM solution and associated business processes, that will transform YHA's capabilities to engage its diverse range of supporters, customers and partners.

To successfully deliver this project, the CRM Change Project Manager will need to engage and inspire a wide range of stakeholders across numerous departments at all levels.

This is a key role which involves determining project requirements and resources, the creation and proactive management of the project plan, and ensuring deadlines and budget expectations are met. The post holder will be an authority for the CRM project, and a proponent of business process change.

The Key Role Responsibilities will include:

- To manage the project's successful end to end delivery.

- To develop and manage the project plan, scope, business objectives, reporting mechanisms and internal communications.

- To determine the project's requirements and resources required to execute the project successfully

- To undertake change impact and business readiness assessments.

- To create and co-ordinate all project documentation and processes, including action and issue tracking, risk identification and mitigations.

- To lead the coordination of the YHA and vendor project teams.

- To ensure project deadlines and budget expectations are met.

- To be responsible for the organisation-wide adoption of the new solution, developing and scheduling the training plan, and supporting the initial stages of roll-out to the key users in each team.

The ideal candidate for the role of CRM Change Project Manager will have the following qualifications and experience:

- Formal project management certification (eg PRINCE2, AGILE), plus demonstrable experience

- Expertise in successfully creating, negotiating, managing and delivering end-to-end project plans for a CRM transformation programme

- Passion for, and solid understanding of, CRM systems and business principles, their benefit and business application

- Experience of leading and delivering complex cross-departmental projects, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, and reporting with multiple stakeholders, including Director level

- Strong business transformation and operational change background

- Multi-function project team leadership experience

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build effective relationships and manage the interrelationship between projects and stakeholders

- Detail orientated, with strong organisation and time management skills, outcome-driven and action focussed

- Proven ability to work independently and pro-actively, demonstrating responsibility and accountability for project delivery
