The role involves delivering personalised academic support and helping students rebuild confidence in education.

Responsibilities

• Deliver small group or 1:1 lessons in core subjects

• Adapt learning materials to suit individual needs

• Support students with SEMH and additional learning needs

• Track progress and support personalised learning plans

• Work closely with pastoral and behaviour teams

Requirements

• Experience tutoring or teaching young people with SEN

• Ability to build strong, positive relationships with students

• Flexible and creative teaching approach

• Passion for inclusive education
