A dynamic and design-led fit-out and refurbishment contractor is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to support continued growth across the London commercial property market. The company delivers high-quality CAT A and CAT B schemes, specialising in fast-track refurbishments, complex structural reconfigurations, and bespoke commercial interiors.

Known for their collaborative approach and hands-on project delivery, they partner with developers, landlords, consultants, and occupiers to deliver technically challenging and visually striking spaces across London's most desirable locations.

About the Role

The Business Development Manager will be instrumental in identifying and securing new business opportunities across the commercial office and property sectors. This role is ideally suited to a natural networker who is confident building relationships with key decision-makers, including project managers, architects, landlords, developers, and consultants.

The successful candidate will focus on generating leads, building a robust sales pipeline, and raising brand awareness through targeted outreach, industry events, and relationship development. Working closely with the pre-construction and delivery teams, they will ensure a seamless handover of opportunities through to project conversion.

Key responsibilities include:

Identifying new project opportunities and potential clients in the commercial refurbishment and fit-out space

Building and maintaining strong industry relationships with key influencers and decision-makers

*

Attending networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings across London

*

Collaborating with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and pitches

*

Managing the CRM pipeline and reporting on sales performance and forecasts

*

Staying informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market movements

Requirements

Proven track record in business development or sales within commercial interiors, construction, or related sectors

Established network within the London property, fit-out, or consultancy space is highly desirable

Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently

Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project lifecycles

*

Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel within London as required
