A dynamic and forward-thinking consultancy, renowned for its impact on the UK's residential development sector, is seeking a talented Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its growing London team, near Farringdon Station.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the delivery of residential developments across the UK - leading cost consultancy services from acquisition through to practical completion.

You will be the day-to-day lead on multiple projects, liaising directly with clients, providing expert cost advice, and working collaboratively within a close-knit, high-calibre team. You'll also support the development of junior colleagues, contribute to internal knowledge sharing, and enjoy genuine influence on both projects and process.

This is a full-time, hybrid role with the flexibility to split your time between home and their central London office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK PQS Firm / Consultancy is a MUST
Strong technical skills in cost planning, procurement, and post-contract delivery
MRICS or currently working towards
Experience managing multiple projects and mentoring junior team members
Excellent client-facing skills with a professional, collaborative approach
In-depth knowledge of residential development cost drivers and value engineeringIn Return?
