Are you a Senior Oracle Developer ready to shape the future of retail tech in Ireland? As a Senior Oracle Developer, you'll play a key role in supporting and enhancing critical business applications including Oracle Retail, JDA/BlueYonder, and E-Business Suite. This is a hands-on role within a collaborative, forward-thinking IT team driving continuous improvements across one of Ireland's most expansive tech estates.
Your Responsibilities:
Develop and support Oracle PL/SQL and APEX applications across business-critical platforms.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to deliver high-impact, incremental improvements.
Drive automation, low-maintenance coding practices, and efficient process enhancements.
Provide second-line application support and liaise with 3rd party vendors.
Support the future DevOps transformation of the IT landscape.
About You:
5+ years of development experience with Oracle PL/SQL, APEX, and SQL on 11g/12c/18c/19c.
Experience with at least one ERP application such as Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Retail, JDA, or SAP.
Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and integrating cloud/on-premise systems.
Strong interest or experience in Agile/DevOps environments.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, improvement-driven mindset.
This is a hybrid role (2-3 days onsite in Dublin) offering a collaborative environment, exposure to major enterprise systems, and the chance to directly influence the digital direction of a national retail leader.
