A well-resourced Manchester primary school with an on-site SEND resource base is seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with complex learning difficulties and additional needs.

The Role Includes:

Supporting pupils with EHCPs in a structured setting

Assisting with academic, social, and personal development

Supporting pupils with speech and language needs

Personal care support where required

Working collaboratively with specialist staff and therapists

Monitoring and recording pupil progress

Ideal Candidate:

Experience supporting complex SEND needs

Confident supporting communication development

Calm, nurturing, and adaptable

Strong teamwork skills

Understanding of safeguarding responsibilities
