The Role

As Senior CRM Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in both strategy and execution. You will

* Lead CRM planning across email, SMS, and direct mail

* Develop lifecycle and automated journeys, owning campaigns from concept to delivery

* Manage day-to-day campaign operations across all CRM channels

* Analyse performance data and provide actionable recommendations

* Ensure smooth BAU activity while prioritising your workload effectively

* Support broader team initiatives and contribute to an evolving CRM roadmap

Your Skills and Experience

You will bring

* Strong commercial experience in CRM or digital marketing environments

* Confident end-to-end campaign development skills

* Direct mail campaign experience

* Proficiency in Excel and comfortable interpreting customer and campaign data

* The ability to analyse performance and translate insights into actionable improvements

* A proactive mindset and comfort with owning and prioritising tasks
