About the role:

Due to continued growth, our client are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage cost planning, procurement, and commercial control across several premium residential projects in Buckinghamshire and surrounding areas.

You will play a pivotal role from pre-construction through to final account, working closely with in-house teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure each project is delivered on budget, on time, and to exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead cost planning and procurement for high-end residential projects

* Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting

* Oversee tendering and contract negotiation with subcontractors and suppliers

* Monitor project progress, variations, and valuations

* Ensure compliance with contracts and commercial governance

* Work collaboratively with internal colleagues

About the benefits and rewards:

Salary will be in the region of £80,000 DOE. They also offer a personalised bonus scheme reflective of both the business success and the individual's progress.

Candidate Requirements:

* Minimum 5-7 years' experience in quantity surveying, with strong residential experience

* Proven track record in high-end or bespoke residential developments

* Excellent negotiation and communication skills

* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related field (RICS membership desirable)

* Detail-oriented with strong commercial acumen and problem-solving ability
