An established and highly regarded UK consultancy is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its growing project management team. This opportunity will suit a driven individual with a proven track record in NEC contract management, ideally gained within the infrastructure or large-scale commercial sectors.
The Role:
You will play a key role in the delivery of complex and high-value schemes, with particular emphasis on NEC contract administration. Working closely with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders, you'll lead project delivery from early-stage planning through to completion. The pipeline includes infrastructure upgrades, commercial new-builds, and refurbishments Nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management of infrastructure and commercial projects
- Administer NEC contracts (Option A & C) effectively and independently
- Manage stakeholder communication, project risk, programme, and delivery
- Oversee procurement strategy and reporting
- Provide support and mentoring to junior PMs
- Ensure project outcomes meet quality, time, and budget expectations.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Professionally qualified (MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM or equivalent)
- Strong NEC contract experience (essential)
- Background in consultancy project management
- Experience delivering projects in sectors such as infrastructure, commercial, or public realm
- Excellent client-facing, leadership, and communication skills
- Flexible to travel regionally as required
