My client 2nd/ 3rd Line IT Systems Engineer to join their team, this is an important role for them to cover the internal support. This is a great opportunity for someone who is keen to build a solid career within a fast-growing company.

Duties/ Skills:

• Administration of Active Directory including Group Policies
• Network printers and wireless devices
• Maintain mobile devices
• Manage and support Office 365,
• Patch management across site servers, desktops, servers & MAC estate
• Analyse and troubleshoot complex hardware/ software
• Install and manage Microsoft Client Operating Systems
• SharePoint online
• Administer O365 Cloud Suite, including OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint
• Managing stakeholders & escalating when required to resolve within agreed timescales
• Hyper-V
• AWS/ Azure
• Knowledge of IP telephone systems
• Basic networking skills
• Exchange
• SQL
• Basic understanding of LAN and WAN technologies
