Structural Engineer - Steelwork & Architectural Metalwork
Location: Basildon, Essex
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum

A respected steelwork and architectural metalwork specialist is looking for an experienced Structural Engineer to join their team in Basildon.

Responsibilities:

• Design and detail structural steel and architectural metalwork elements

• Produce calculations and reports in line with industry standards

• Liaise with clients, architects, and contractors to coordinate designs

• Ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations

• Support project teams from concept through to completion

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Structural Engineer, ideally in steelwork or metalwork

• Strong understanding of design codes, standards, and software

• Ability to produce accurate calculations and technical drawings

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
