We are looking for highly motivated Nurse, RGN, RMN or RNLD ( nurse, adult nurse, mental health nurse or learning disability nurse ) to work within a supportive and friendly Nursing Home located in Thame. The Home Manager is very knowledgeable and a committed leader who is passionate about delivering the highest standards in care and quality of life for Residents. As a Nurse you will work closely with the Manager to ensure the best care is delivered to the residents.Nurse Training / Induction and opportunities for development and progression:
The Care Home offers a structured and thorough induction programme, which will include various training courses and shadow shifts with an experienced member of the team. You will also have access to clear and structured development programmes where you can see clear pathways to progression within the Care Home.
