key responsibilities:

* ordering, receiving and managing parts for ongoing repair jobs

* liaising with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective parts sourcing

* checking parts on arrival for accuracy and damage

* allocating and distributing parts to technicians efficiently

* maintaining accurate stock control and inventory systems

* processing returns and warranty parts

* working closely with estimators, workshop control and technicians to ensure smooth workflow

requirements:

* previous experience as a parts advisor within an accident repair centre or bodyshop

* strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems

* experience working with prestige or manufacturer-approved environments desirable

* excellent organisational and communication skills

* ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume workshop

* strong IT skills and experience using parts management systems
