Reed Accountancy and Finance is actively seeking an Accounts Assistant for an immediate start with our client in Folkestone. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented individual with a proven track record in financial administration.
Day-to-day of the role: - Matching, batching, and coding sales ledger invoices.
- Matching, batching, and coding purchase ledger invoices.
- Performing account reconciliations.
- Proactively chasing outstanding debts.
- Managing daily banking activities.
- Processing petty cash transactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Immediate availability to start in the role.
- Demonstrable experience in a similar Accounts Assistant position.
- Proficiency in financial software and Excel.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy in financial tasks.
