Estimator - Construction & Enabling Works
Location: Hertfordshire
Salary: Negotiable and based on experience

I'm working with a well-established contractor that operates across London and the South East, delivering high-quality projects in sectors such as:

• Enabling and temporary works

• Demolition and structural alterations

• Piling and groundworks

• Basements and reinforced concrete structures

The Role:
This role will see you managing tenders, producing accurate cost estimates, and working closely with pre-construction teams to secure and deliver projects across a range of commercial and high-end residential developments.

Requirements:

• Experience as an Estimator within construction or enabling works

• Good commercial and contractual knowledge
