Civil Engineering CAD Technician

Location: Edinburgh

Salary: Up to 38k + package benefits including hybrid working (up to 3 days from home)

Emtech are working with a medium size multi disciplinary Engineering Consultancy who are looking for a CAD Technician to join their Highways & Transport team in Edinburgh.

They are currently working on a range of schemes across residential, retail, warehouses and commercial projects so ideally you will have previous private sector experience.

Technical Experience Required:

1+ years experience using AutoCAD & AutoTRACK on highway and infrastructure schemes (or similar)
Experience draughting roads, junctions, roundabouts, external works, drainage
Prior experience with AutoCAD Civil 3d would be useful but training can be provided
This role has scope to get involved with civil engineering design work as well as site visits
HNC / HND Qualification within an Engineering related subject This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join an established business working on a range of projects across the private and public sector.
