Are you an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant with a passion for making a real difference in children’s lives? Dunbar Education is recruiting for a dedicated Level 3 SEND TA to join a supportive primary school in the Dudley area.

Requirements:

• A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
• Experience working with children with SEND in a primary school setting.
• Patience, resilience, and excellent communication skills.
• A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development.

The Role:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with a variety of special educational needs.
• Work collaboratively with class teachers and the SENCo to deliver targeted interventions.
• Encourage pupil engagement, independence, and confidence within the classroom.
• Create a positive and inclusive environment that supports every child’s individual needs.
