The Role The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing a varied portfolio of clients across multiple sectors. • Managing a mixed portfolio of clients, acting as a key point of contact
• Reviewing statutory accounts, management accounts, and associated reporting
• Overseeing tax compliance across personal and corporate clients
• Providing proactive advisory services to support client growth and efficiency
• Supporting business development initiatives and identifying new opportunities
• Mentoring, supervising, and developing junior members of the team

Candidate Profile

• ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with strong practice experience
• Proven experience managing a client portfolio within an accountancy firm
• Strong technical knowledge across accounts, tax, and advisory
• Experience working with doctors, medical professionals, or GP surgeries would be highly advantageous
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Commercially aware with a client-focused approach
