We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Washington for a number of Warehouse Operatives / Picker Packers on a temporary basis.Primary responsibilities for Warehouse Operatives will include:

• Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently to meet customer demands.
• Performing manual handling tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items.
• Working to strict Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure productivity targets are met.
• Using handheld devices to locate products within the warehouse.
• Ensuring all health and safety guidelines are followed at all times.

Warehouse Operative Requirements:

• Previous experience in warehousing/picking packing or a similar environment is desirable.
• Physically fit and able to walk up to 9 miles per day in the warehouse.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy when handling products.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude towards achieving team goals.

Full training will be provided to all new starters.The shift times are 6:00am-14:00pm or14:00pm-22:00pm or22:00-06:00working between 16 to 40 hours per week depending on the shift pattern.Basic Hourly Rate: £12.30 to £15.04 depending on shift pattern (Rising after 12 weeks)Please apply online if interested and we will be in touch to discuss further.
