Are you a confident communicator with a passion for helping customers? We're looking for a friendly and proactive Customer Service Advisor / Internal Sales Advisor to join our client, who is a leading electrical components provider.

What you'll do:

Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone and email

Provide accurate product information and support sales requests

Follow up on customer queries to ensure satisfaction and close opportunities

Work closely with internal teams to provide a seamless service
