Your Role 👐

Provide person-centred care and emotional support to elderly residents.

Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, meals, and mobility.

Support residents with dementia, showing empathy, patience, and understanding.

Promote a safe, comfortable, and inclusive environment.

Work closely with colleagues, families, and health professionals to deliver the highest standard of care.

What We're Looking For ✅

A genuine passion for helping others.

Experience in elderly care and dementia support (preferred but not essential - training provided).

Ability to work as part of a supportive team.

Valid Enhanced DBS (essential).
